Moritz completed his PhD with Prof. Konstantinos Meletis at the Department of Neuroscience at Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, where he studied decision-making processes in the basal ganglia in mice. In the Ölveczky lab, he aims to elucidate the interplay of the cerebellum and the striatum in skilled motor control.
